The Chef Pierre BERTRANET and his squad propose you a cuisine of taste and of products around two unique menus coming from the imagination of the day and of the discoveries made on the market. A cuisine of an inspiration and of a classic basis where the products are not destructured or imaginary.

The restricted choice of our carte has for objective to offer you the mastery of our work, the freshness, the better selection of our products and the application, in the transformation and the baking of these. Cooking,

simply to please you, spoil you and make you share our passion of standards

still present of our French classic cuisine.
